Harassing phone calls.

Please confirm if your call center agents are incapable of listening when making threatening calls to your customers? You provide the most pathetic service I have ever experience. I am constantly recieving phone calls and SMS's from you even though the account is being paid. Merge these accounts or you can wait until V*** is paid and I will then pay V***. I really fail to comprehend what is so difficult about this. I have sent an email to [Email Removed] and Alistacia Mapping responded, but it honestly makes no difference. This is very pathetic! Merge the accounts and put an exception on the system if you need to, its really not rocket science. <br>
