Harassing for unknown invoices

I’m writing a review in behalf of my mother. My mother visited lancet labs for a blood test (1 blood test). They are now harassing her for payment for a blood test that my mother had never done on another date with another invoice. This was a mess up on their side, yet they continue to call my mother and stress her out. We asked for the blood test results for which they are requesting payment, and till date they have not provided it. This harassment has lasted since March of 2024.

None of their agents can provide an accurate reason. They keep changing the amount needed, or the invoice number. It seems that lancet agents messed up and charged the incorrect invoice to my mother’s account. But instead of looking into this matter, they rather pester and stress my mother out.

Also, basic common sense of lancets practices would be evidence enough that this is a mess up. This blood test that they want my mother to pay for is a cash payment. How has a cash patient been allowed to take a blood test without paying?? My mother has her invoice for when she did her blood test and she paid in cash in full.

I understand that mistakes happen, however they are not investigating this matter internally, but rather want my mother to pay for a test that’s not hers. Now the agents have changed the invoice number and they also changed the date of the wrong blood test to the same day my mother did hers. Why would a chemo patient go for 2 blood tests on the same day?

To date we have not received the invoice (so that the dates and times can be cross referenced), we did not receive the blood test results. We received NOTHING from lancet stating my mother was the patient, or that she signed any agreeement that she’d pay later. NO EVIDENCE ONLY HARASSMENT

My mother just had a call from their agent who did not want her to speak (19Dec24). She talked over my Mother and was downright rude. My mother will not take any more calls from lancet, and only use email going forward.

I’m contacting lawyers for this harassment. Ridiculous and useless. Never using lancet again
