Harassing customers/paid bills

Worse service and can never get hold of anyone.

I keep getting messages day in and out,calls that come in then cut off and no assistance. I sent emails upon emails with my statement from medical aid to show it was paid.

This is still on going and since the last 3 months im getting harassed.

I wrote on hellopeter before and once again even that was nkt good enough to get the help.

I keep getting letters and ITC of accounts not paid for something thats false and misleading.

I think its unfair to a client and i guess when yku get a reply it would be " someone will contact you shortly"....2 months later still no contact or help to sort the issue out.

Maybe with all happenjng in south africa we should get people to start looting Lancet,theres property and cars to get the help we need.
