harassed by lancet, over a paid account

August we received an sms stating we owe lancet R100.60, without any calls from lancet. We phoned lancet and arranged to pay month end of August. Last week of Aug we received a letter which we used to pay R100.60 at Standard Bank to Lancet. September 02 payment was made. September 07 we received an sms stating we still owe. Phones Lancet and was given an email for my proof of payment, which was sent to them with no respond we sent a follow up email an still no respond still. Ever since we have been busy receiving sms from lancet that states they will take further steps, I don't understand why as we always call lancet to explain the same thing with their call centre stuff who seem clueless with their job.<br> we always call as every week we get a threatening sms from lancet and its annoying especially that their account was paid. We get different amounts that needs to be paid the consultant that handle my file is Refilwe Mpatlanyane who never phoned me not even once and her work phone is always on voicemail
