Harassed By Lancet

Me and My mother have been harassed by Lancet since last year over tests that were cancelled by the doctor from my request, at first they request a letter from the doctor that details the cancellation, and i was able to acquire this letter from the Hospital and i forwarded it to Lancet to over 4 people who kept on calling us and asking us to pay some pay, every time i forwarded it they said they would investigate but nobody ever came back to conclude it, Lancet overlooked this letter and i even gave them the number to the hospital so that they speak to the doctor but they never called the hospital, they overlooked everything and are harassing us with calls and emails, they have now handed my mother over to some collection company called ITC for no reason at all,
