Handing over to debt collectors

Lancet hands you over to debt collectors without sending you any communications.<br> Service rendered by Lancet on 2013.04.25<br> Collection services SMS received on 23.07.2014 phoned the collection agency they referred me to Lancet and spoke to them what this is? Lancet said they will come back to me. Lancet NEVER DID ANYTHING to come back to me!<br> Received the first statement from Lancet on via email on 17.01.2015 another collection agency send me SMS and letter for collection on 13.02.2015. I did not want to pay anything yet as I want to talk to someone to explain to me why this is happening. I have send an email to be contacted and also phone calls but I am IGNORED! Why do I need to take this much action to get answers? I have however paid the account but that is not on and I am highly disgusted! I will however refuse to use any of Lancet's services in future...
