Handing over account to debt collectors without communication with client on outstanding bill not cover by medical aid.
I have not been contacted to say the medical aid did not cover my bill in 2024, today it's the 28th March 2025 and I get an SMS that my account has been handed over to the debt collectors. How can you hand over an account without prior alerting the client that the bill was outstanding. From April 2024, no communication whatsoever and now on the 28th March 2025 I get that my account has been handed over.
