Handed over without knowing I have Outstanding Acc

Lancet handed me over for an amount of R171.90, I was not aware of this Outstanding Amount. Apparently it is outstanding since July 2014. If it was not for SCS Collections who phoned me on Saturday 18th April 2015, I still wouldn't have known about this. In 8months I have never received a phone call or an E-mail stating that I owe money or that my Medical Aid Short Paid. On every form contact details and e-mail addresses is completed, therefore it is not an excuse that they did not have my details. It is pathetic service from Lancet
