Handed over to ITC for their mistake and stupidity!

I had three payments of R850 to make LAST YEAR. Made all 3 payments but because the amounts being the same accidently used the same reference number twice. Emailed them immediately to correct this. They asked for proof which was send even though surely they could see that payments was made. and if 2 payments was made for the same reference number and they were informed isn't it logical that one payment was for another reference number. Is this rocket science? Then after what feels like thousand of emails I was assured that the payment was allocated to the right reference number, only to find out that I have been reported to ITC in January! This has been corrected according to Lancet, yet received no proof that it has. Thanks for ruining my credit. I want the person that did not do there job found reprimanded! I have never been handed over to anything!
