Handed over to ITC

<p>My husband had an operation on 4 September and was discharged on 5 September 2015. They did work in the lab and had the service date as 6 September and therefore my medical aid rejected the claim. I only found that the claim was not paid in January 2016. I phoned and requested that they amend the service date and re-submit. Up to now the claim was not re-submitted and they handed me over to ITC. What must I do? I have tried to explain and have 3 different reference numbers as I phoned and spoke to three different people. ??????</p>
