HANDED OVER TO ITC

My mother has been over by Lancet to ITC for non-payment. However we only received notification that the account was not paid by the medical aid around end August 2015. I made sure I gave all the relevant details to them to contact me. I made payment arrangements and kept to it. In early December I received a phone call from ITC. Lancet handed my mother's account over, DESPITE the payment arrangements and monthly payment.<br> <br> Both ITC and Lancet's people are rude. Although the account is now settled, I STILL have not received any notification that the ITC file is closed. I do admit I spoke to whoever I spoke to at the companies in the same manner they spoke to me. <br> <br> I WILL NOT accept the explanation that it was an administrative oversight that the account has been handed over. Also they claim that numerous reminders had been ignored - TOTAL ****! I think they are just ***********.
