Handed over to ITC

Regarding the statement received from you. The amount R 430.10 dated 23-06-2015. I did not receive any sms, email, phone call or Invoice or Statement in the post. That told me that i have to pay you this amount. This is the second time that Lancet is handing me over without any effort made to get hold of me. The doctor and the medical aid has our contact details as I don't see any excuse for not getting hold of us.<br> <br> The phone call i received yesterday 10-12-2015, told me that there was an amount outstanding for R464.10 dated 23-11-2015. This i received an sms for on Wednesday 09-12-2015. Then she told me that am I aware that i was handed over for a previous amount. This was a shock, i must with all honesty say that people at Lancet is not doing their job.<br> <br> I hate Lancet with every single drop of blood every single breath of air in me. I will not use you ever in my life again.
