handed over to debtors collectors

I received a call while on duty at work from the debt collectors by lancet lab of which I had no knowledge of as no email or reminders where sent to me. This is not the first time experience with lancet. Pathetic poor service of a leading lab as so they say! Never again will I use lancet!
