Handed over to debt collectors eventhough I made payment.

I was handed over to ITCBA because of incompetence at doing allocations correctly at the Accounts! If this is not rectify asap i will be in contact with a lawyer and report this to SAB Medical Aid.

I have sent numerous times the proof of payments.
