Handed over to debt collector but no invoice

10 days before Christmas I get an email from a debt collector that I have been handed over for not paying R192.40<br> Since the debt collector has my CORRECT physical address and email address and can get hold of me I can only assume that you guys are not capable of sending out an invoice or statement.<br> Not only do you simply hand people over without making any attempt to supply an invoice, but you do it right before Christmas when people are away on holiday!<br> And you dont even have a properly functioning website where people can query accounts!<br>
