Handed over
Lancet Laboratories hands people over to the ITC without even sending proper account statements. My 70 year old father received a call about an account and asked for the statement to be sent to him. He never received it but conveniently received a Pre Legal Letter advising that he has been handed over to ITC for collection of R233.40. It's really disappointing to be handed over for a small amount without providing people with proper statements. A call or sms does not suffice in this day and age with so many **********. Please put in effort to provide statements and better communication to clients rather than just handing over. Thanks!
