Greedy monopolistic tendencies by Lancet laboratories

My spouse had been to the doctor's last year in September and had blood tests done by Lancet laboratories. For the last week I have received up to 4 calls a day from them as I am the principal medical aid member responsible for the account. I work shifts so I was not in a position to sort out the problem . The issue is that the blood tests which came to over a R1500 Rand was settled in bulk by the medical aid . An outstanding fee of about R76 was not paid due to Lancet exorbitant rates. I can't understand their greediness for R76 which they can easily write of as it is a pittance to their big company. But each day for the last one and half weeks different people from their accounts department have phoned and even threatened to blacklist me. At work we are not to use our phones so most of my calls are unanswered I receive notifications left on my voicemail to settle the R76 . I think thus far with all the staff and the number of times they phoned it would have cost them much more than R76 in principle. But this is what you get from their greediness and monopolistic tendencies in the pathology market . I will pay them their money on my day off and in future my family and I wil nominate other smaller pathology labs who can do the work without MAFIA monopolistic practices. Please don't respond to this Lancet I don't want your common ref number in a queue to deal with this
