Great service from customer services

<p>I recently logged a query with the Lancet Labs call centre and was attended to by Zelmarie who was friendly, efficient and very helpful. She promised to follow up the query and call me back. Yeah, right, I'd heard that one before and did not hold my breath. As it turned out I probably could have held my breath for a while as I am sure she called me back within 3 minutes (albeit it with "moderate" news, as she put it) and directed me to the department who could assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good service like this should be the norm, not the exception that it has become, so I feel obliged to compliment her on the way she dealt with the client. I hope she gets an increase.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the good work!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now let's see if there is a positive resolution to my query...</p>
