Good people, bad app

The Lancet staff are friendly and efficient. Billing is a bit hit or miss, but the mobile app is unusable.

I've used both android and iPhone versions and while both connect fine, neither can retrieve results after 2019.

I was contacted by someone based on my android review who forwarded a support request to a Lancet technician, but I got no feedback afterward despite repeated attempts to contact them.

Just take the app off the stores if you don't intend to support it.
