Going the extra mile

<p>I was stuck in an unfortunate situation and could not obtain the results of my Panorama test. After various telephone calls etc, i ended up at the Glynnwood hospital. The Deputee Manager at the lab took two hours out of her day to assist me in obtaining my results and was incredibly helpful!!</p> <p>Thank you - you have made such a difference!! </p>
