Getting info is like pulling teeth!
Why is it so difficult for your accounts department to answer questions? All I want to know is why my statements say bad debt write off but I still have to pay? And if I still need to pay, what is the outstanding balance? Your statements are very confusing. If I don't get answers, Im simply not going to pay anymore. It is hard enough for me to pay as it is, since I am unemployed since Covid time.
