Get Your act together ......

Their whole system is a **** and borders on being ********. 5 months after my husbands accident they produce an account for payment. This should have been sent to the Insurance for payment but now because it is out of their submission time I am responsible. This is absolutely unacceptable. They tell lies as well ... stating that my "medical aid" was out of funds and subsequently the account was refused payment when they submitted it. I DON'T HAVE A MEDICAL AID ......... I HAVE AN INSURANCE WHICH HAS GOOD COVER! and it would have been paid had it been submitted. I am a pensioner and cannot afford any extra expenses. I pay an Insurance each month to cover the medical expenses incurred.
