GET THE LANCET APP ON MY CELL

i am most unhappy with the recent dealings I have had with this company. Prior to this experience they totally messed up records and after much frustration and numerous phone calls and emails hopefully they have now got this sorted. Their computer system is one out of the Dark Ages and you cannot believe that in this day and age that they use this type of technology. Their staff are hopeless make promises to phone you back and that never materializes. I had the Lancet app on my cellphone which worked all along until recently when I it said 'authentication failed'. I called in and was told my email was not loaded. I now have been told to delete the app off my phone which I did and nobody has phoned me back to tell me what to do next. I am at my wits with this company how they are still in business is a complete mystery. I trust after this complaint perhaps somebody may call me back and somebody may be able to solve my query.
