get bloodtest done only for them to loose it!

Me and my husband went to the Lancet lab at the Pretoria East hospital on Sunday 07 June 2015 for me to get bloodtests done on my liver, kidneys and thyroid. I got to reception and gave the receptionist my form from the doctor that specified what tests had to be done. The lady then even told me I had to fill in my medical aid details and the main member which is my husband. After completing the form, I handed it back to the lady and she said I must just have a seat they will be with my shortly. About 10min later the nurse called me and she drew blood. After we were finished I even asked her what was some of the tests for as I didn't know the abbreviations. I then asked her how long will it take before my doctor will receive the results and she said it should take 1 to 2 days. Today is Wednesday, I haven't heard anything and phoned my doctor. They said they still haven't received the results either and phoned the lab themselves and all of a sudden they have no record of my test or even that I was there on Sunday???? Hows that even possible?? I phoned the lab myself and they still couldn't find any of my details nor my blood that they have drawn!! This is pathetic to say the least!!!
