Frustrated

I have recently returned back from the US. I went to the doc on Tue morning 17 Mar. I had my covid test at 10am in bedfordview. It is now 6h28 on Sunday 22 Mar with no result after following up in excess of 10 times. My son is now sick which causes an issue in my current situation as I cant do much not knowing my status. Can somebody please please please make something happen. It has gone from 24 to 48 hours to 72 hour which has now pasted over 80 hours
