I've been struggling with a Lancet account since January. At first Lancet erroneously claimed from my medical aid for in-hospital tests done on me when my daughter was the one who was hospitalised, and messed up my medical aid savings. Then finally, after numerous calls to their *********** call cantre agents, and being given the run-around they managed to put the claim through for the correct member. Now I keep getting different accounts with different huge bills from them that no one can explain. Their worst move yet, is that now they are claiming for 4 whole ********** hospital dates. The more I tell them that my dependent and i were not hospitalised on these 4 dates, the less they care. They keep harrassing me for these different bills. SMSs and emails non-stop!!! I escalated the issue to Leandri Barnard, who has promised high and low that she would investigate this, but has not even given me a courtesy call in 3 weeks. I'm at the end of my tether.
