Form Not Tested Properly

Lancet sent me an SMS to rate their service. I wanted to rate it as amazing but when I got to the end of the form, I was asked if I wanted to receive marketing material. I selected no. The form then insisted I give my cell number and said that by giving my cell number I am consenting to receiving marketing material. Needless to say, I have not submitted the form and I have not been able to give positive feedback about the person I dealt with at the hospital. Please check your forms before sending SMSes and wasting my time and denying a positive story being told about a specific staff member.
