Finance spelt my name incorrectly

I went to hospital to give birth 2018 Feb 28 and when Lancet took my blood they send the claim to my medical aid and it was rejected due to Lancet sending my claim with my name spelt incorrectly as Joseta and my name is Jasenta, I asked them to amend my name and resend the claim with my name corrected but they say they don't amend the Name, so I don't know who should pay for claim that does not exist.
