Fed up and frustrated with Lancet Laboratory accounts

Aftee making arrangements to pay off my Lancet Laboratory account and making payments every month left with a last installment they will hand me over to someone to collect the money on their behalf and when you ask to talk to a manager they just say we are so sorry we understand the frustration and nothing happens phone the company my account is handed over to and they still have the nerve to ask they want an exact date when i will settle my account. Yet every person i talk to can see i have paid every month. You just lost a client even though i know you do not care as im just another client that is unhappy
