******ed for Tests i never did

<p>I have been receiving Sms notificatons from Lancet that i apparently owe a sum of money for Lab results. This is suprising as i have not had any blood tests done on me!! I am now threatened wth legal action. Clearly my details have been used *****ulantly. If i receive any further notfication in this regard i am takng this matter up with the consumer council. </p>
