Excellent help from Melanie at Lancet Accounts

I sent a review on 03 Oct 2025 rating Lancet accounts as very unco-operative, but since then Melanie Bitang from Lancet has contacted me and gave me all the assistance i required and I really appreciate the feedback and help she provided.
