Driver not adhering to rules of road in SA

Yesterday I noticed a driver of a lancet vehicle constantly on her phone on Barry Hertzog in peak traffic. This sort of behaviour needs to be corrected by Lancet, as a big company they should be holding up their corporate responsibility and brand. the incident happened between 16:10-16:15.....Reg No.: CS17VTGP.
