Driver holds traffic up

Good morning<br> <br> I would like to report one of your drivers.<br> <br> This morning, he was travelling at 20km/h in the fast lane (there were 3 lanes of cars going in the same direction, and 3 lanes coming from the other side). He was holding back traffic for hundreds of meters behind him.<br> <br> I understand that he's transporting medical samples, but then he shouldn't be driving in the fast lane, and surely not only at 20km/h. This happened on Empire Road close to Wits University.<br> <br> He just ignored everybody behind him, and people hooting and asking him to drive faster. His registration number is CV 09 NH.GO. He was driving a white Ford Figo.<br> <br> I would like feedback on this. I need to know that something is being done about it.
