My daughter had to get her COVID test and certification done in order to return to work in the US. I paid for the service, however was charged R850 twice. Shortly after we received a text advising that the mistake was made, however after over a month of back and forth, the money has still not been reimbursed. I am about to go public with my issue as well as the other reviews on this page in order to rectify and prevent this kind of poor treatment of people.
