Double charge

I had to pay R810 cash for tests done. 2 weeks later a claim was made to my medical aid and was paid. I reported the incident and to date I have not received my refund and any feedback. The administrator at Flora clinic advised I must pay cash as my tests are not covered by the medical aid - I also presented an authorization number. This happened during the months of December 2014 and January 2015.
