Don't Expect a Response

<p>After 18 months Lancet sent me an account with a credit of R381.50, Ref V ********** .</p> <p>I contacted their creditrefund EMail regarding this matter, and received an automated reply: -</p> <p>Thank you for your email.</p> <p>Remember “ This is an auto response so please do not reply "</p> <p>We are in the process of attending to the refund.</p> <p>Should we need any further details, one of our consultants will contact you.</p> <p>Nothing happened, so after a week I re-sent the EMail.</p> <p>Again, apart from an automated reply, nothing happened.</p> <p>I sent the EMail again. Same response, and again, nothing.</p> <p>I EMailed ********** and received an automated response that they will respond in three working days.</p> <p>No, they won't. They will ignore all attempts at corresponence.</p> <p>So what have I learned from the experience? If I need a Path Lab I will go to Ampath.</p>

Dear Mr Blount

Further to our telecom regarding a credit refund being delayed as well as the delayed responses to your enquiry, we sincerely apologise for the unsatisfactory service.

As explained, we are attending to these shortfalls in our systems.

We also confirm that the credit of R381.50, as suggested by yourself, will be offset against Tests that you will do at our Unitas depot shortly.

We trust this is in order.

Kind regards

GM
