DO LACENT TEACH THEIR STAFF HOW TO JAB THEIR PATIENTS

My partner was recently admitted to Durban city hospital. Bloods were needs to be taken which lancet sent one of their assistants to do.

She firstly didn’t introduce herself which was very unprofessional Secondly my partner was in discomfort as she was ill and the Tourniquet was put on so tight that she lost sensation in her hand

Thirdly the assistant jabbed her hand with such force which led to her exiting the vein which caused swelling and bruising

I fail to understand does lancet not teach their staff how to Jab patients or do they even teach them how to be polite

Very poor ethics and very unprofessional behavior 👎🏼
