Disorganised

I do believe that Lancet Laboratorie's staff will have you following them for a response on a problem they created. How hard is it for one to get a response for one simple clarifty regarding my refund. I've received promises from a call from the accounting department, then nothing. I emailed the person who ensured this then no reply. This is basic communication that I don't understand why it is so difficult. I regret having trust in this company, I recommend other to head else where or you will be in for a fight for a refund. Imagine fighting for your own money. On top of that, they didn't run tests on all the things my Dr wrote, then proceed to state then everything was sent. My Dr had to step in. What a waste of a client's time considering the sensitivity and urgency of their services. Useless is an understatement.
