DISINTERESTED LANCET ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I have tried continuously to sort out a code that needs to be used on an account for the medical aid but my efforts have been fruitless. I have spoken to Jeremy, Winston and Dominic and got nowhere today I asked to speak to someone senior in accounts and held on for 9 minutes without anyone reverting. I phoned back and left a message but still waiting. VERY poor service received from Lancet accounts
