Disgusting treatment of Patients

I had to go for aggregated platelet studies and coagulation studies, the Lancet Mayo Clinic team then called Auckland Park and made a booking for 13th Nov 8am. As I requested the earliest appointment. Booking was made with Debbie. So leave home at 6:30 this morning to travel the 40 odd kms to go for the test that can only be done at the main lab. I arrived at 7:30 and was greeted by reception at 7:40 the reception called the office to let them know I had arrived and they told the receptionist my appointment is for 8 so I am early they will see me at 8. At 8:20 I am still sitting in reception. The receptionist calls the office/lab again and now gets told I must just wait cause my appointment is now supposably at 9am. This after I have time written on the lab request and was notes at 7:40. I don’t see the point of having appointments if this is the way Lancet treats their patients. I walked out needless to say cause I do have a job and can’t sit around forever until it suits the lab to assist me. Lancet never again will I visit your Labs. I then call a competitor lab and informed the same test can be done at any of their labs in hospitals or clinic....? to them for trying to assist their clients.
