disgusting treatment from Lancet Laboratories AND ITC-BA

<p>so i get a threatening sms from a debt collection company called ITC-BA that i have been handed over for collection for non payment of an account ? no invoice, no e mail , no telephone call EVER that there was even an outstanding balance that i owed them. I am on a complete medical aid....... the company ITC-ba populated by bullies who think that they have a right to threaten me.......? the owner of this company Larry Sive, ....... i think Lancet needs to do some business anaylis with whom they conduct business and look at their accounting staff to do their jobs properly. </p>
