Disgusting Treatment

My mum went for a Blood test to Lancet Fordsburg last week tuesday and the used and unqualified professional to extract blood from her vein. She did this 3 times bruising her arm completeley and then insisted on using the other arm as she could no longer draw blood. My mum complained to go elsewehere and she said yes you might as well as we cant help you. My mum is in her late 60s and in alot of pain due to this *********** individual.
