Disgusting service - No Accountability - Ongoing for 1 year

Lancet Labs is ridiculous. They charged my medical aid twice for 1 test and now they have handed me over for their error. I have escalated this to them so many times and they acknowledge their error but they are not resolving the amount owing. Now my credit rating will be affected because of the incompetence of Lancet. I want the accounts manager to call me.
