Disgusting service from lancet

I have been using the services of Lancet They have never sent mey statement showing my outstanding balance

I have just received a threatening SMS saying my account had been handed over to their lawyers

Is this the way they do business

Send me my statement so that I can use other service providers

I am disappointed with your way of working with customers
