DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had an outstanding amount for an invoice that was not ever received in 2020. I only noticed this what I had another set of blood tests ordered and a statement was sent I paid the one set of tests fully and then asked if the other set could be paid in 2021 from my Medical Aid Savings - they said no but that a payment arrangement over months could be arranged. Which was done. I made my first payment in December and sent proof of payment. Then I start getting demands to pay the full outstanding amount. I sent several messages and emails and tried to contact them, to which I received NO help or response. WHY offer a payment option if you are not going to honor this. Day after day I was getting reminders and when I tried to sort it out and communicate the payment option, no one bothers to answer me.
