DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

If I could give minus stars I would. I am EXTREMELY disgusted with the service received from the accounts department. I had a payment plan in place to to pay off outstanding amounts which I have kept to monthly and despite this, I was handed over to a debt collections company. I have reached out MULTIPLE times over email to contact the accounts department to assist and not once have they responded or investigated the issue at hand. the collection's company has been equally as useless, I have been hounded for payment like a ******** when I have actually kept to my side of the agreement. Disgusting service to say the least!!!! rather use another laboratory if you can!
