Disgusting accounts department

Most pathetic accounts department. Never submits the claims to medical aid. No correspondence that the account is outstanding. Sent ITC handover letter without any previous communique.

As a medical service provider, I will not recommend this lab to my clients. Ampath's process is seamless.
