DISGUSTING ACCOUNT SERVICES

I need to get hold of the HR or public relations officer of Lancet. The run around & service of accounts us absolutely disgusting. I have told them not to send ANYTHING IN WRITING OR EMAIL OR SMS to my son. They keep doing so inspite of the fact that assurances were made that his details were removed both if his parent's accounts. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY CONTACT ME TT SORT THINGS OUT.
