Disgusted with this circus of a company

Medical Aid is happy to pay this account, in fact medical aid is waiting to pay this account, but Lancet is not sending the correctly amended statement. Momentum rejected the claim because of errors. Please refer to call reference number: Tariq 11/4/2016.<br> <br> Everytime I phone I get the same useless attitude but no new statement, and so medical aid doesnt pay. WE WANT TO PAY, WE ARE WAITING TO PAY.<br> <br> I received a rude email from LANCET stating that medical aid rejected the claim because it is not on their list. of benefits. My broker says that this is not true, the claim was rejected because my first name was miispelled.<br> <br> I expect an apology and I expect to be called and I want co-operation. If i get handed over to ITC I will counter-sue.<br> <br> I have attached my brokers number, please call her, her name is Wendy, and get this atrocious situation sorted out.
