DISGUSTED WITH LANCET LABORATORIES

Lancet Laboratories has the worst service!!! Absolutely pathetic!! From the drawing of the specimen done by student techs at the drive thru station at Durban Christian Centre up to the Accounts Department. Unprofessional at its best. All they needed to do was send the Medical Aid a statement with the correct ICD code to get payment, but this cannot be done! After numerous phone calls to the DURBAN branch to speak to someone who can do this SIMPLE TASK, I now have to name and shame. I get smses every week to pay an amount that the Medical Aid is willing to pay - but Lancet Laboratories does not have ONE SINGLE COMPETENT EMPLOYEE. Why should I pay for someone elses mistake. It is unfair and unacceptable! My advice to anyone reading it is: think twice before you decide to use Lancet Laboratories!
